The morning started off with Isaac and I touring a preschool for Ronan. After much prayer and thought Isaac and I decided to put Ronan in preschool next year. As we walked into the building it seemed to loom largely above me and I felt if I sent Ronan there it might engulf my very small almost three year-old. You could say this was Mom anxiety at its finest. I turned to Isaac and said "I don't know if I can do this". "What tour the school?" He seemed confused at my sudden dismay.

For now I think I can handle sending him but we'll see how big that building seems in September. I'm sure there will be tears, not from Ronan but from his mother.
My in-laws came up this morning to take us all out on a picnic. We enjoyed yummy food and their was a playground where the kids played for awhile.
This was Inara's first time really playing on a playground so she causally crawled on most of the equipment. She wasn't too fond of the swing unlike Ronan who never wanted to leave the swing. I had to have help pulling him out of the swing because he latched on tightly so I couldn't remove him.
It wasn't even the fact he didn't get plenty of time in the swing because everybody took time to push him. Landon especially enjoyed pushing Ronan. He pushed him higher than I was comfortable with and Ronan just giggled.
I think the preschool tour and the swing today showed me Ronan isn't as much of a baby anymore as I have been thinking he is. He is becoming a little boy and I have to work on letting go a little bit. Why do they grow so quickly?
The kids got their Easter baskets from the Fullmer side. The kids got lots of goodies: stickers, candy, and more.
Inside were also kites and the wind made it perfect to fly them. We were also at a park with a lot of open space which also proved helpful for kite flying.
We wrapped up the picnic just in time for nap time which turned out perfect.
