My Grandparents and Aunt Becky arrived last evening. Landon couldn't wait to see his great grandparents and great aunt. He looked out the window and waited until they arrived. Upon their arrival shrill screaming occurred from all five kiddos. The babies had no clue what the ruckus was about but there seems to be a rule among kiddos that if other children around you are screaming you must join in the fun.
We talked for a bit before they got settled over at my brother's place. Ronan and Jadzia had therapy this morning and when we got back from that everyone was over at our house. We talked and played games. Jadzia became best friends with her Great Grandma. Great Grandma even played dolls with Jadzia.
A lot of napping occurred in the afternoon and those of us that stayed awake played Pictionary and Apples to Apples.
After supper we all loaded up and headed to the mall. My dad was gracious enough to stay with the babies. I want Ronan in until Friday to avoid exposure to illness before his surgery. Inara stayed because she prefers to. She's a homebody and gets grumpy when she's gone too long.
We found a wheel chair for Grandma at the mall which freed up her walker. My grandpa gave Xander a ride on the little seat. My Aunt bought everyone ice cream.
On the way home we stopped to pick up some last minute items for Jadzia's party tomorrow. The procrastinator that I am I still had to get wrapping paper. All her gifts are now wrapped and waiting for her to open them.
